Reading Circle:

The Reading Circle at the Oswego Library is open to any adult who likes to read and engage in discussions about books. The Friends of the Library supports this program by purchasing copies of the selected books.  Meetings are held in the Library Community Room every third Thursday from 6:30 – 8PM.   For specific title and dates, please visit the Library’s calendar:  http://www.oswegopubliclibrary.org/dates

Lunchtime Book Reviews:

This is a free program, open to the public, held in April and October at noon each Tuesday in the Library Community Room.  Various readers from the community discuss a favorite book, sharing why the book had an impact on them as well as information about the author and critical acclaim the book received.   Check our Events page and like us on Facebook for more information.

Author Events:

The Friends of the Library sponsors occasional events for local authors to discuss their published books and answer questions from the community.  Free and open to the public, these events are held in the Library Community Room.  Authors, dates, times TBA.  Check our Events page and like us on Facebook for more information.

Holiday Gift Wrap:

During the Holiday Season,  members of the Friends of the Library gift wrap books purchased at the River’s End Bookstore.  Be sure to check out the River’s End Bookstore: http://www.riversendbookstore.com/

Technology:
